Giving Tuesday

WE ARE CAPABLE OF SO MUCH MORE WHEN OUR COMMUNITY COMES TOGETHER TO #GiveForDV

Unleash the power of Generosity on Giving Tuesday – December 3, 2024

About Giving Tuesday

GivingTuesday is more than just a day; it’s a global generosity movement that invites individuals and organizations to create a positive impact in their communities and beyond. On this day, December 3, 2024, we stand united to celebrate generosity, a force that knows no bounds.

The DVCCC Mission

At the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County (DVCCC), our mission is to reduce Domestic Violence by supporting survivors and advancing prevention strategies.

We believe that every person deserves a safe environment, free from violence. Empowering individuals to control their own lives is at the heart of what we do. We actively work to increase awareness, challenge societal norms, and advocate for change to end domestic violence in our community.

Your Generosity Counts

Our volunteers, board members, and dedicated staff at DVCCC are committed to making a difference, but we need your support. Your generosity can create a ripple effect of positive change in the lives of those affected by domestic violence. Every act of kindness, no matter how small, contributes to building a safer, more empowered community.

How to Participate

On Giving Tuesday, join hands with DVCCC to empower survivors, foster change, and create a community free from violence. Your gift, no matter the size, plays a vital role in transforming lives.

Ways You Can Make a Difference:

$25: Can help purchase a pharmacy gift card or provide transportation for a family to reach our safe house.

$50: Offers one night of safe lodging and nourishing food for a family in need.

$100: Helps staffing and materials for an evening support group, providing solace for both adults and children.

$200: Ensures free legal representation for a Protection From Abuse Order.

$250: Provides one week of Transitional Housing, offering stability to a family striving for independence.

Together, Let’s Be the Change

We believe in the power of collective action. By coming together on Giving Tuesday, we can create a wave of generosity that reverberates far beyond our community. Join us in making a positive change and be a part of something truly meaningful.

Your generosity has the power to break the cycle of violence and build a future free from fear.

Donate today and be the change.
