FULL-TIME Coordinator of Coaching Boys Into Men (CBIM)

Facilitate Coaching Boys Into Men curriculum and evaluation for youth and school athletic departments in Chester County. Identify and prioritize youth athletic departments to implement the CBIM curriculum: including but not limited to training coaches, collecting necessary forms, conducting regular season check-ins, and planning and facilitating a celebration event with each team. Develop and share CBIM/CGBG education/outreach campaigns using a variety of media (video, social media, press releases, etc.).

FULL-TIME Director of Relationships & Individual Giving

This position is responsible for developing and managing all activities related to the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of our individual and major gift donors. This position will help strengthen the approach and structure of our major and individual giving program and will be responsible for raising funds through a variety of methods, including personal solicitations, direct mail appeals, and online fundraising initiatives. This individual will oversee major gift event strategy, working with staff, Board and volunteers to execute event tasks. This individual will also lead DVCCC’s Friends Committee, a committee of volunteers who will have varying levels of experience and fundraising responsibilities.

FULL-TIME Director of Institutional Giving

Apply for and receive institutional (government, foundation, United Ways, and corporate grants). Prepare proposals and grant applications and performance reports. Research, identify, develop, and respond to public and private grant opportunities to support DVCCC’s programs and services. Ensure receipt, recording, and recognition of grants from institutional funders in partnership with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the staff leadership team. Maintain updated records of institutional funder donations and stewardship activities.

FULL-TIME 2nd Shift Counselor Advocate

Provides counseling, intervention and referrals to victims of abuse and their dependent children. Provides emergency shelter/transitional housing coverage and building security and maintenance.

FULL-TIME 3rd Shift Counselor Advocate

Provides counseling, intervention and referrals to victims of abuse and their dependent children. Provides emergency shelter/transitional housing coverage and building security and maintenance.

FULL-TIME Attorney

Ensure the legal services adequately meet the needs of domestic violence victims. Provide victims with information about the criminal justice process, victim rights, and referrals to other systems. Assist victims with filing Emergency Protection from Abuse Orders, injunctions, elder abuse petitions and other protective orders. Assist victims with filing for emergency custody/visitation rights in family violence cases.
